Their support responsiveness is exceptional. Same is true for the easy, well-designed customization of your theme their packs provide. They are good at what they do and eager to please and seem to be able to roll out tweaks and features pretty quickly.

Design Packs has been a revelation for our Shopify store. The pre-made sections are exceptional quality and work perfectly straight out of the box. This app dramatically accelerated our design process while elevating the overall look of our store. The ready-to-use elements saved us countless hours and helped us create a professional appearance we couldn't have achieved on our own. We were looking for ways to enhance our Shopify page layouts beyond the theme capabilities and after trying a couple, we stumbled on this - easily the best source of advanced layouts and page elements. Easy to work with, flexible and reliable. Maybe most impressive has been the support though, with quick and responsive help even for more complicated questions that many developers wouldn't take the time for. I strongly recommend this app!
