We use the Design Tool on our live Shopify store. The team is responsive and usually helps close issues once escalated, but we faced multiple tickets around pricing sync/cart behaviour and checkout flow dependencies. Support eventually fixed it, but we had to follow up repeatedly and share recordings/screenshots many times. Overall good product and helpful team, but the experience would be much better with stronger testing and faster closure on critical bugs.
