Dext Commerce

I started using this app several years ago and it has been a life saver for keeping our books organized with the way it maps/exports the thousands of transactions from our multiple e-commerce shops each month all into one QBO account. Highly recommend. Huge value for a super cheap price.

Dext Commerce is a great way to integrate your Shopify financial data into QBO. The support team does an extraordinary job of customizing how information syncs into QBO to allow for reporting by product, customer, location, class, currency and payment method. I expect they could do even more if I could only think what else we want!

Dex is fantastic. I've been using it for years now and can't rate it highly enough. The support is superb and the team have gone above and beyond to help sort out any issues I had in order to get the data syncing they way I needed it to.

Absolutely superb company to deal with. We had an issue where data from Shopify was not coming Xero which meant we could not raise B2B invoice correctly. I contacted support and dealt with Brandon Whitmore one of their Commerce Solutions Engineer. He was superb from start to finish, he quickly understood the issue we had, and took the problem away to see if he could find a solution. He liaised with his Engineering team and a week later the solution was released. I would not hesitate to recommend Dext to anyone and their support is first class. Thanks so much again Brandon, we are so grateful.

We have been using Greenback/Dext for several years. It has been awesome for moving transactions from our sales channels into Quickbooks. It cuts down on the amount of time we spend reconciling our accounts. We are able to custom map both sales and expense data to the correct QB accounts. Even with international currencies and sales channels. If we have any issues, the support team has been amazing. Super responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have created many custom mappings for us that makes our lives easier.

Awesome!! I joined back when it was Greenback and it did everything I needed. Sometimes when companies change their offerings change as well, but they have continued to provide excellent offerings and support.

This app is amazing for automatically importing your shopify sales to quickbooks online or whatever accounting platform you use. The team onboarded me over a zoom call to make sure we had every penny being properly allocated to my income expense and tax accounts correctly and now it saves me hours of manual entry! They are all very amazing in customer support and quick to reply on email. I HIGHLY recommend this for shopify sellers!

I love Dext Commerce, and I can't believe I once ran my business without it! Bookkeeping used to feel very stressful for me, but now I get it done in a breeze, and can sleep easier at night knowing all my sales and the fees attached to those sales are categorized correctly (most of the time without me even having to lift a finger – once auto-exports are set up, everything happens automatically!) Their support is top-notch, and I can't rave about them enough. They're always quick to answer my questions and help with any additional mappings/support I need. I just started using the receipt mailbox too, and it's incredibly helpful and intuitive. Try it out, you won't regret it. I use it to connect my Etsy, Shopify, Faire, Stripe, Square and PayPal channels, and am about to connect Amazon as well. I love this app!

Connected a client's onsite POS and online store to Xero. As the client is a charity it was too complex for other products on the market as specific rules regarding VAT and products were required to properly map and integrate the store.

Hands down the most robust and precise app for syncing our Shopify sales data with our accounting software. We use Xero and have found Dext Commerce to be incredibly configurable. We were able to customize how our sales data maps to our Xero chart of accounts, accommodating some pretty demanding requirements. Add in the extensive list of other integrations they support and using Dext Commerce was a no brainer decision for us. Keep it up Dext!
