The reviews for this Shopify app are mixed. Some users find it works well and is easy to install, automatically creating drafts in DHL and processing track and trace information. However, there are concerns raised about the inability to create return labels with one click without creating a shipping label first, leading to extra costs or manual return label creation. Additionally, the app sets the notify customer parameter to 0 by default, resulting in customers not receiving shipping notifications, which can lead to complaints about lack of updates or tracking codes.

Ik zie meerdere recensies over de shipped-notification maar zie DHL niet echt passend reageren. Het aanmaken van een label zou gewoon een mail moeten kunnen triggeren naar klanten. De bestelling is immers onderweg en dat is een mailtje waard. Zou mooi zijn als dit een optie wordt.

works ok but not perfect. You can't make return labels with one click without creating a shipping label, you will have a to pay for 2 or create a return label by hand. The app also sets the notify customer parameter on 0, which means that your customers won't get a shipping notification anymore when their order is fulfilled. That is more important than you think, a lot of customers will come and complain about not receiving an update or tracking code.
Hi Pretty In Pink, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand your comments about the return label workflow and the Shopify fulfilment notifications. At the moment, creating a return label is tied to the shipment creation flow in the app. We can see how being able to create a return label directly from an existing shipment would be much more convenient, and we've passed this suggestion on to our product team. However, you only have to pay for the labels that you actually use. As for customer notifications, the app currently works this way to prevent customers from receiving a shipping notification before a parcel has actually been handed over to DHL. That said, we understand that different merchants have different preferences, so we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thanks again for your feedback. Werkt vaak gewoon goed! Gemakkelijk te installeren. Orders in shopify maakt gelijk drafts aan in DHL. Bij het printen van drafts wordt er ook gelijk automatisch de orders track and trace verwerkt.
