Excelente sistema para integrar todos nuestros canales de atención en un solo lugar. Nos ayudó a ordenarnos, ser más eficientes y reducir muchísimo el tiempo de respuesta gracias a las automatizaciones, flujos y segmentación. Lo más valioso, sin duda, es el equipo detrás: siempre disponibles, cercanos y con verdadera disposición para ayudarte a crecer.

Desde que empezamos a usar este programa para el chat de ventas, la atención al cliente mejoró muchísimo. Lo que más valoramos es que se puede personalizar fácil, tanto los mensajes como el diseño, y además permite tener varias conversaciones al mismo tiempo sin que se vuelva un caos. Tenemos respuestas automáticas configuradas que nos salvan cuando estamos fuera del horario o con mucha demanda, y también usamos respuestas rápidas para no escribir siempre lo mismo. Lo bueno es que podés ver quién está escribiendo y de dónde viene, lo que te permite responder con más contexto y vender mejor. Nos resultó súper útil para organizar al equipo de ventas, y para que cada uno pueda seguir sus chats. Además, se integra bien con WhatsApp, Instagram, Shopify, Facebook y MercadoLibre lo que hoy es clave.
