Dialog has been a great addition to our Shopify stores. It helps customers find answers quickly and makes the shopping experience more intuitive, while also giving us valuable insight into the questions customers have about our products. The app is easy to manage and offers plenty of flexibility to adapt it to the design and needs of each store.
