The support from Abhishek and the team has been amazing! We have several complexities in our business setup and the team have been amazing at helping install in a way that works for us. They are attentive and quick to respond and it has been a great experience onboarding with the app.

Hands down the best ring builder app we’ve used. We’ve tried a few different diamond/ring builder apps, and this one from Key Ideas stands out by far. The navigation between centre stones and settings is seamless and way more intuitive than other platforms. Setting markups is super easy, and the way diamond information is displayed. Complete with rich product pages makes it easy for customers to understand what they’re buying. There are also a ton of great features built in, like the diamond try-on tool, which really adds value. And to top it all off their support team is fast, helpful and genuinely interested in helping you. Highly recommend for any jeweller trust me take it from someone who built there own ring builder module on a previous site this app is very worth it. They don’t hide essential features behind overpriced tiered plans either. Everything you need is included at a very fair and reasonable price.
