This is particularly frustrating given that I am already paying a separate monthly subscription fee of over **100 RMB** through their ERP system. The cumulative financial impact is significant, and I feel misled on multiple fronts. I strongly urge the development team and customer support to take this matter seriously. Hidden charges with undisclosed amounts are unacceptable and may violate consumer protection regulations. I am formally requesting an **immediate full refund** of the $289 charge, and I reserve the right to escalate this matter through appropriate legal channels if it is not resolved promptly. I sincerely hope this issue is addressed quickly and that the platform improves its **pricing transparency** for the benefit of all users.

Even though I deleted this app, my former supplier accessed all my customers' data and is threatening me to misuse this data. Why are there no precautions in this app? I want the account of the user named bob288, who stole my data, to be permanently closed.
