The Shopify App 'Did It Arrive: Mark Delivered' allows merchants to ask customers if their parcel arrived and automatically mark it as delivered for untracked orders. The app helps in managing orders that are delivered through own van, local courier, or hand delivery, where Shopify may not track the arrival status. Customers are prompted via email to confirm delivery, and orders are marked as delivered or placed on the Overdue list accordingly. For tracked carriers, customers are only prompted if the order is not marked as delivered by the set deadline.
