I have received excellent service from their team. Whenever we don't understand something they are quick to help and even have notified us when they think something isn't working. They are also responsible to feedback. Great tool and company.

They provide our clients with an excellent level of customer service. Other than being very responsive and very dedicated to offer us and our clients the best digital content experience, they are in a constant search to innovate and stay up to date in a fast changing field . With FlickRocket, our e-books are easy to purchase, to read (offline and online), to save and to access on 2 devices at the same time.
