Loyalzoo's support is fast and helpful. Their integration between Shopify online, and Clover POS is a must have for our loyalty scheme and works really well.

Easy to use app that is very popular with customers and definitely brings in repeat business. The customer service from Loyalzoo has been excellent any time I have had questions.

We have had a great experience getting all of our new customers on Loyalzoo. The process has been seamless and easy to teach our employees. Customer support is easy to get in contact with and is willing to answer any questions

I was initially excited to see that I could sync the app with my Square POS—but that excitement quickly faded. Installing the app was a headache. It didn’t work, and I had to reach out to support via their website. To their credit, they were responsive and got their technical team to fix it, but the issues didn’t stop there. The app itself is incredibly basic. Customization? Non-existent. You can upload a logo, but forget about changing colours or branding it properly. The only way for customers to earn points is by spending—no options to incentivize actions like signing up for a newsletter or following on social media. While the support team is solid, the app just doesn’t justify the €47/month price tag. For what it offers, that’s outrageous.

Awesome app - super easy to use, customer support is amazingly responsive, and it integrates with another POS system used in my store. It's popular enough with my customer base that they actually use the app. Sending emails, texts, and push notifications are also super easy. I also run another online business and use a different app for reviews, but will be switching to Loyalzoo soon.
