I just went back and forth with a bunch of digital download apps for Shopify. This LINKCASE app I believe is the best. I really do appreciate that they have a free version where you only pay when you make sales. That is bar far the best. I hope they continue to develop and improve!!

Great app, absolutely ABYSMAL customer service. I've tried reaching out 3 different times and developers have not reached back even once. Hopefully this reviews makes them reach into their support tickets and reply back. If issue is resolved I will edit my review.

Its just the best to use to deliver a digital product or codes or even sound file ... You can deal in anything with that app And its free I recommend it

The support was excellent and very fast to find the needed solution. If codes are lost for some reason, that would be nice to have a backup view somewhere to be able to recover on our own the lost data, to be more independent. Thank you:)

I initially had an issue and the team worked to resolve it. Outside of that, this is a great app. The setup is easy, and I can upload various file types without a problem. It works smoothly, making it convenient for my customers.
I'm sorry you had a bad experience, we did contact you to resolve the issue. It looks like you got caught in the change to the new Shopify customer accounts before we had our help page published on how to support this, I'm really sorry for this and wish you luck on your store.
