Yes! This app does more than what others do, and in a lot of ways it makes more sense. Plus the support is excellent! I find that there is a learning curve with almost every new shopify app I find, so at first this one felt quirky, but I looked at every other digital delivery app on the market and settled on this one for a reason. Price / Features / Support. this is a 5 star app!

This product met most of our needs out of the box. Unfortunately, we started using it right at our busiest time of the year. Which means we didn't really have time to test it thoroughly. However, when we encountered our first problem, I reached out to support. Not only did they respond quickly, they also found and implemented a solution right away. They even went back and fixed a few things from past orders. It was amazing. Then.. we discovered we really needed a feature that would allow us to export the orders and all the keys associated with each order. I asked for help finding a way to do it. Turns out, the featured didn't exist at all. But instead of just having to deal with it, they wrote the feature into the product. It has saved us HOURS of time in fulfillment and has streamlined our processes. Having software that does what it is supposed to do is great. But having a team BEHIND it that is responsive, flexible, fast, and invested in our success is what makes the difference! Lots of software apps out there. But there are not a lot of teams like this one who really stand by their product and support their customers. TL;dr -- Good product, OUTSTANDING SUPPORT.
