We’ve had such a great experience with Digitally! What really stood out to us was how much they genuinely cared about making things work for us. Their customer service has been amazing, and they didn’t just give us the usual “support” — they actually took the time to understand our digital products and customize the app to suit our needs. The owner even personally stepped in and went above and beyond to help us get everything working properly. Honestly, that level of personal attention is something you don’t come across often. We truly appreciate all the effort they put into helping us. Highly recommend Digitally, especially if you value a team that actually listens and cares about their customers!
At first this app was great but over the past 6 months is up and down, causing you to have to fulfill orders manually. For a paid app, I'm not amused and I don't like when my customers get an "error 500" message. Working on moving all my products to Shopify's Digital Products app, it's free! Very disappointed.
Takes some time to get to know the functionality, but if you understand it works fine
The app is easy to navigate and customer support is very responsive.
