I’ve been using the app for a few weeks now, and I was genuinely surprised by the impact it had. I didn’t expect a survey tool to make such a difference. The surveys appear at just the right moments — when customers are about to leave or seem uncertain about a product — giving you valuable insights into their needs and behavior. I had several survey versions and noticed real changes in customer actions. On top of that, the support team has been outstanding — incredibly responsive and genuinely helpful. It really felt like they cared.
