Honestly, I was surprised in a good way. I installed this app just to test why some visitors were checking product pages but not buying, and within a couple of days I already got insights I hadn’t thought of. The interface is super simple to use, even if you’re not a tech person. I really liked that you can customize the questions and it feels natural on the site. Support was fast and helpful when I had a small issue. So far I’m getting more responses from visitors and it’s definitely helping me improve the store. Totally worth it.
