I really enjoyed this app when there was the option to use it for free - the post-purchase customizations were all so cute and happy! I especially loved the confetti and the note from the shop owner to display on the order confirmation page. But now it's $29.99 per month regardless of sales volume; and since I only receive a couple of orders per month at this point, that expense is completely unjustifiable for me now :(

As we focus on continuous improvement based on user feedback, the growth of our platform and the addition of additional features and services have led us to implement pricing. Hello, We greatly appreciate your feedback and the positive sentiments expressed regarding the features of our free version, particularly the delightful post-purchase customizations, such as confetti and the personalized note from the shop owner. We understand that the recent introduction of a pricing plan may raise concerns, and we genuinely value your perspective on this matter. The decision to implement pricing comes as a result of our commitment to continuous improvement, driven by user feedback. The growth of our platform and the integration of additional features and services have necessitated this strategic shift. Regrettably, at present, we no longer offer a free plan for Dinosell. To ensure uninterrupted access to our app, we kindly request your acceptance of the new pricing plan. Recommended the app to a couple of ecommerce stores - thats how much I like it! Love the widgets to collect birthday which integrates with Klaviyo, and how easy it is to customise the Thank you page. Just set up UPSELLwidget - hope it generates sales! Great support too!
