Disclosure Guard

Disclosure Guard is a Shopify App developed by Disclosure Guard Labs. It allows ecommerce merchants to scan their storefront for visible AI chat technology and disclosure language from the admin. The app runs a read-only check of the public storefront's initial HTML, looking for supported customer-facing chat technology signals and visible AI disclosure wording. It provides a technical score, clear findings, and a timestamped history. However, detection is not proof of compliance, and manual review may be needed for dynamically loaded or customized tools.
