Wir haben heute hunderte Emails aufgrund eines Newsletters erhalten, dass unsere Rabattcodes nicht funktionieren und nicht in den Checkout übertragen werden. Die App funktioniert anscheinen nicht für alle Geräte gleichermaßen und schafft es nicht für alle den Rabattcode in den Checkout zu transportieren.
Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed our storefront code, and everything works as expected. Since you are using a shipping discount, which applies only to certain countries, Shopify automatically removes the code during checkout if the user is from an unsupported country. Over the 11 months that you've used our app, no other users have reported similar issues with discounts. This appears to be an isolated case related to your specific discount setup.
