Hello, I’m trying to round discounted prices to the nearest full euro, for example 139.90€ with 20% discount should become 112€. I enter EUR 1.00 in the price rounding field, but after saving the rule it automatically changes back to EUR 0.99. Could you please confirm if rounding to .00 is supported, or if this is a bug?
Un poco compleja la configuración, pero una vez configurada, y con pruebas antes de producción, la pusimos en el web y funcionó bastante bien! Es tener paciencia. Recomendada
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE FREE VERSION: If you read the conditions of it, it says: `Post-Purchase Ad: Ad will be shown at the “Thank You” page` The ad in question is a scammy looking clickbate banner that offers cash back for installing some other app. It has screaming pink color with no respect for the design of your store and the way it is worded seems to imply that this ad is coming from your store: "Your order is confirmed. You've qualified for a cash back on this €38.40 purchase!" I used the app only a handful of times only to create bulk discount codes. I had no clue this was going on until one of my customers sent it to me complaining about it. Honestly, I was appalled to see it. I think this is a highly dishonest way to advertise that is also damaging the store brand. Would have never installed the app, had I known this before. A side note: I've had some issues in the past while generating bulk discount codes that were supposed to have one use in total, but instead erroneously became one use per customer when a certain configuration was present leading to multiple cases of abuse. I never addressed it, just learnt to avoid the specific combination of parameters that lead to this behavior. I hope they have fixed it by now. On the good note, the support (Jasper) was helpful, quick and understanding. Still one star for the unexpectedly horrendous ads.
Hi, glad to hear you had a good experience with customer support. Please note you were emailed twice about the single ad launched for free plans, this was to support the running costs of your free plan. If you wish to remove the ad you can upgrade at anytime. After 3 years of using the app for free we'd of hoped for a better review that reflects the value you've got from the app. Thank you
Esta aplicacion no realiza los incrementos de Precios, aunque especifica que es posible. No sirve y me genero perdidas en mis ventas al no subir los precios.
Hi, if you are having difficulties with the app please contact customer support. You've been using the app for over 5 years so saying it's useless and doesn't work isn't quite true or fair. Thank you
