The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. I had an issue with my sale items still qualifying for free shipping at checkout. If both a regular-priced item and a sale item were in the cart, the promotion applied when it shouldn’t have. I reported the problem, and they fixed it quickly—within a day. Throughout the process, support was always available and ready to help if I needed any further changes. Thanks again

Great app, works for our Sale across all regions, markets and currencies. The support team were super fast and responsive with getting us set up and even went out of their way to set up custom "Sale" badges for us. Would give more than 5 stars if we could :)
