This app is intuitive, easy to understand, and very useful. I felt that the official discount function alone was insufficient when managing discounts on items during sales, but this app solved everything. The support team of this app also solved the problem quickly and accurately, so I can use this app with great peace of mind. Overall, I recommend this app.

Easy to install and even easier to configure. I was able within minutes to set up a discount for a specific (tagged) segment of my customer base. I'm quite pleased, as Shopify's inability to support customer-segment-specific discounts was a real problem for us. Highly recommend.

The developers clearly love and care about what they do. Not only is their response time fantastic, they treat their app as what products as a service should be. They developed a number of custom discount structures for me so I could have automated discounts for employees, customers groups etc. Can't recommend this app enough for anyone that wants to implement custom discounts

10/10! I have been looking for a discount app for WEEKS... and I've downloaded and uninstalled dozens of apps at this point because none of them were able to achieve the functionality I needed. Discount Mixer gave me exactly what I was looking for and Max was an incredible help through all of my questions/concerns. He was quick to respond and very, VERY helpful! MUST HAVE DISCOUNT APP AND THE MOST INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After weeks of trailing apps and developers telling me the discount I needed was not possible, I started losing hope. Then I found Discount Mixer. All it took was one message to the team, who did not instantly reject my idea, and created a solution for me in under 24 hours. By far the best customer service I have received on the platform. The guys are doing an amazing job.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I spent hours trying to find a solution to a need for our next promotion which starts in a week. Found these guys and Max was the best! Installed the app, explained what we needed and had a solution in 24 hours. We are able to now have promotions on our higher priced items, give a deep discount but limit # of unit each customer can purchase. Shopify only does minimums not max just like all other apps except this one. Customizing discounts help make better sales! They really helped meet my need when no other app could and were quick and friendly. I needed a coupon code for my online store with specific parameters that Shopify didn't have, and after installing and tinkling with a couple of other discount/promo apps, which also didn't offer what I needed (plus, charged $$$), I turned to Discount Mixer. They had a live chat and I reached out to them to help me create the specific coupon I wanted, and they worked on it immediately. Their turnaround time was amazing, in less than 24hrs they had already implemented the discount coupon I requested with the correct parameters. If I hadn't found Discount Mixer, I would've had to scrap this promo altogether!
