The App works great. I needed to install and uninstall 3 different discount apps, until I found this one to create my discount campaigns. The customer support of the app is very good. They got back to me very quick to my questions and provided custom customization for what I needed to achieve.

Their team is amazing! They spent almost the whole day to rework their product for specific solution that was needed. If you need custom functionality, this is the app to use - 99% of even very complex things you can do on your own already, and if you are really stuck Ethan and their dev team will help!

I've tried so many apps to achieve what I needed with conditional Free Shipping and none of them made it simple - until I found Discount Mixer. Even on the Free plan, it did exactly what I needed it to do, without the complexity or frustration I experienced elsewhere. The interface is super intuitive and user-friendly making the set up a breeze. Customer service really stood out for me - fast, professional and spot on with the guidance. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Discount Mixer and their team! The app itself is incredibly easy to use, smooth, and reliable. The support team is outstanding: incredibly friendly, fast, and always willing to go the extra mile, whether fixing an issue late at night, creating custom “Sale” badges, or tailoring discounts to fit complex needs. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. I had an issue with my sale items still qualifying for free shipping at checkout. If both a regular-priced item and a sale item were in the cart, the promotion applied when it shouldn’t have. I reported the problem, and they fixed it quickly—within a day. Throughout the process, support was always available and ready to help if I needed any further changes. Thanks again
