The reviews are overwhelmingly positive. Users praise the app for doing exactly what it promises: detecting repeated or abusive use of new-customer discounts and helping reduce discount fraud. Several reviewers mention that it is easy to set up, works reliably, and has already led to a noticeable improvement in their discount rate within a short time. There is also appreciation for ongoing development and responsive support, especially via Slack. There are no explicit negative complaints in these reviews, but one reviewer implies the app is still being improved and not yet fully perfected.
