Gigi Crafting Creations review for DiscountRay B2B Custom Pricing

Very disappointing customer support. I installed DiscountRay specifically because I needed a more advanced volume pricing setup and because it integrates with MultiVariants. I ran into a configuration issue that I could not resolve through the app or documentation, so I contacted support with a very specific question about how their quantity discounts work across selected variants. I sent an email and then followed up, but I never received a response. This is especially disappointing because the app advertises 24/7 human support and their website states that they respond within 24 hours. The app may have useful features, but when you're trying to configure pricing for a live Shopify store, reliable support is extremely important. I have spent a significant amount of time testing the app and waiting for an answer to a question that determines whether the app can actually handle our pricing structure. Unfortunately, based on my experience with the lack of support, I cannot recommend it at this time. If the support team resolves the issue, I would be happy to update my review.
