Dollarlabs: Ultimate Discounts

The DollarLabs team exceeded all my expectations. They explained everything clearly, guided me through every step, and made sure I understood exactly how the app would behave before making any changes. That gave me a lot of confidence during the implementation. Their responses were always fast, thoughtful, and effective. I truly felt supported throughout the entire process. Without a doubt, this is the best support experience we've ever had with any Shopify app. I highly recommend DollarLabs!

I tried many apps to meet our specific requirement, and this one came the closest. Out of the box it still wasn’t exactly what we needed, but with Abel’s help from support, we were able to tailor it perfectly. Abel worked with me for two days to get everything right, and now we have exactly the solution we were looking for. The app is even better now with an additional feature that came out of this process. I highly recommend giving this app a try - their flexibility and willingness to adapt are rare in the Shopify app ecosystem.

The app was very helpful for our team to create discounts that combine shipping with other product discounts. The set up was very simple and I had my first promo code created within minutes. When things got a little advanced in the logic I needed, I contacted their customer support and was able to jump on a call to get things figured out within a few minutes. Overall, the best experience I've had with customer support on any app so far!

The service of the team is probably the best I have experienced in my life. On top of that the app is incredibly useful, and I feel like I have used 10% of it's potential. Thanks for your work!
