The prior reviews should be highly suspect. I attempted to get more information about this service. The only method of communication was chat. Thing is, every time I tried, 1. after business hours, 2. network problem (only with this app, only with chat, my other apps ran fine at the same time) 3. Not available during "business hours". I try to log on to cancel the service and there is no way to log on, only sign up. Doesn't matter how many of their "start optimizing now" e-mails I get, I click the links and get sent to the sign up page. Notice the dates of the other 59 reviews. Highly suspect as to whether they are even real. They all came in a clump. 59 other people who signed up conveniently at the same time and conveniently were able to manipulate the app and make a determination as to it's value all within a week of each other, for SEO optimization that takes cycles to work through the system in order to see a result. But they all came to the same conclusion in pretty much the same week. And then not a single other one.... which would lead me to wonder if the reviews of the rest of us, those who honestly were interested in giving it a try, are being disallowed. Just saying!

When chat doesn’t load, it’s usually due to browser extensions, third-party cookie settings, or a local firewall. In those cases, email support is always available and we respond quickly. Access & cancellation. The fastest way to manage or cancel is from Shopify Admin → Apps → [Our App] → Uninstall. Per Shopify’s billing rules, uninstalling stops further charges. If an email link sends you to sign-up, it typically means you’re not logged into the same store in Shopify Admin—opening the app from within your store resolves that. About reviews. App developers don’t control which reviews appear—moderation is handled by Shopify. Also, our app does not have “59 reviews in a single clump”; it sounds like there may be a mix-up with a different listing or with dates. We genuinely want every merchant to have a smooth experience.
