Once you click install, you are doomed to months of charges and no way of contacting this business. Getting a refund if the charges that will be sent thru will be a nightmare - I have not been refunded yet! I can't even get past the point of opening the app. It immediately goes to an error 500 page and then you start over again. I want this cancelled and I want a refund if every penny I've been charged because this app has NEVER worked for anything except to be billed to my Shopify account. No service, no customer support, no contact, never available during normal business hours - just NEVER AVAILABLE at all. Stay away!!!!

We're a small team and sometimes our support can be slower than we'd like. In the future if you ever need to reach us again I am available directly at [email protected] and generally will respond within 1-4 business hours (Central Time). We reached out via mail yesterday and today and have both cancelled your account and issued you a full refund for all the charges you incurred in Dondo (along with the receipts and a small explainer of how to fix the error 500 message you were seeing). As Shopify Payments is in charge of billing, we don't have transparency in terms of the exact date the refund will arive but their system normally takes 5-10 days.
