Bilingual store on Shopify. Copy reads adapted, not just translated—nice surprise. Early quirk: a couple of Spanish titles were over-capitalized; a quick style change fixed it. I wish analytics broke out results by collection and batch. Pricing feels fair.

Once you click install, you are doomed to months of charges and no way of contacting this business. Getting a refund if the charges that will be sent thru will be a nightmare - I have not been refunded yet! I can't even get past the point of opening the app. It immediately goes to an error 500 page and then you start over again. I want this cancelled and I want a refund if every penny I've been charged because this app has NEVER worked for anything except to be billed to my Shopify account. No service, no customer support, no contact, never available during normal business hours - just NEVER AVAILABLE at all. Stay away!!!!

We reached out via mail yesterday and today and have both cancelled your account and issued you a full refund for all the charges you incurred in Dondo (along with the receipts and a small explainer of how to fix the error 500 message you were seeing). As Shopify Payments is in charge of billing, we don't have transparency in terms of the exact date the refund will arive but their system normally takes 5-10 days. This app can be beneficial, but it also has its drawbacks. Used it for my sites listings. Be certain that if you do use for your sites listings that product tags remain intact on the back end of your site. Also, there should be a bit more conformity as to how the product listing are being generated with AI, as currently I did not find that to be the case. However, they do have great customer support and are quick to tackle issues.

The prior reviews should be highly suspect. I attempted to get more information about this service. The only method of communication was chat. Thing is, every time I tried, 1. after business hours, 2. network problem (only with this app, only with chat, my other apps ran fine at the same time) 3. Not available during "business hours". I try to log on to cancel the service and there is no way to log on, only sign up. Doesn't matter how many of their "start optimizing now" e-mails I get, I click the links and get sent to the sign up page. Notice the dates of the other 59 reviews. Highly suspect as to whether they are even real. They all came in a clump. 59 other people who signed up conveniently at the same time and conveniently were able to manipulate the app and make a determination as to it's value all within a week of each other, for SEO optimization that takes cycles to work through the system in order to see a result. But they all came to the same conclusion in pretty much the same week. And then not a single other one.... which would lead me to wonder if the reviews of the rest of us, those who honestly were interested in giving it a try, are being disallowed. Just saying!

We offer support via the in-app chat and email (both listed inside the app). We’ve since spoken with you directly and provided 1:1 support to address your concerns. If anything is still pending, please reply to our last message and we’ll wrap it up. Chat/network errors. When chat doesn’t load, it’s usually due to browser extensions, third-party cookie settings, or a local firewall. In those cases, email support is always available and we respond quickly. Access & cancellation. The fastest way to manage or cancel is from Shopify Admin → Apps → [Our App] → Uninstall. Per Shopify’s billing rules, uninstalling stops further charges. If an email link sends you to sign-up, it typically means you’re not logged into the same store in Shopify Admin—opening the app from within your store resolves that. About reviews. App developers don’t control which reviews appear—moderation is handled by Shopify. Also, our app does not have “59 reviews in a single clump”; it sounds like there may be a mix-up with a different listing or with dates. We genuinely want every merchant to have a smooth experience. Dondo is a great tool for saving time when creating products and optimizing for SEO. Honestly, I used to spend hours writing copy without knowing whether it would actually help my products rank higher. Now, I only need to tell Dondo which products I want to optimize, and it writes my product descriptions, titles, and implements keywords within minutes.
