Running a small Shopify store means every visitor matters, so seeing people leave without buying was honestly frustrating. We installed DontGo hoping it would help a little, but it ended up doing more than expected. Within the first few days, we started collecting emails from visitors we normally would have lost completely. I also love that the popups don’t feel spammy or pushy. It feels like the app was built by people who actually understand merchants.
