The reviews for this Shopify App are mixed, with some users expressing frustration over unexpected restrictions and issues with functionality, while others praise the positive impact it has had on their company. They require orders to be ready within 15 minutes. Super annoying they don't tell you this until AFTER you already installed and you're going through the onboarding process. But when I'm a customer and ordering delivery from a store/restaurant they take as long as they need. Weird that they'd pose this 15 minute restriction only on Shopify stores. I'm so over all these apps/services that want you to manage yet another storefront on their system. I just wanted a fast local delivery option at checkout, not another headache storefront to manage where they tell you what you can and can't sell and how fast you need to do it AND while taking a percentage of revenue. No delivery service is worthy of taking a percentage. You are just a delivery/logistics company, stay in your lane.
