Doorman: Fraud Country Blocker is an app designed to help ecommerce merchants block fraud, bots, and unwanted traffic from specific countries, IPs, and VPNs. It allows users to preview rules before implementation and offers features like blocking visitors by various criteria, catching VPN and bot traffic, restricting product access by location, and issuing bypass links for specific users. The app also checks every order's network and provides a verdict for merchants to take action.

This app is broken and does not load (only an error) after install. Is clearly not maintained and should be removed from the app store. As of 18/09/2026.
Thank you for taking the time to write this, and I am genuinely sorry. You were right: Doorman failed on its very first screen, and that was our fault, not your store's. Here is exactly what happened. On a brand-new install, two parts of the app started at the same moment and both tried to set up your store. The second one crashed, so you saw an error instead of the app. Stores that already had Doorman never hit this, which is how it slipped past our testing. It is fixed and live since 18 September, and we added a test that stops any release if it ever comes back. If you are willing to give it a second chance, the install now opens normally. Doorman starts on the Free plan in Simulation mode: it shows you which visitors it would block, and it blocks no one until you decide. Nothing changes for your customers while you try it.
