TFP Online review for Conspire Draft Order Reminders

I installed this app almost a month ago and asked for help to get it implemented correctly as it currently doesn't work. Communication isn't so great, i send emails and messages and receive no response. The app is not working for me on my store and there is no urgency to getting it fixed/

There was a misunderstanding - the app was installed on a non-live theme for review and client notified. Looks like it got missed and the theme was never published, hence not showing up on the live store.
