I would strongly warn any shop owners against using this company. I have lost a lot of money with them and damaged my shop reputation with my customers. I tested this app over Q4 2024 to see how they worked with our existing product lines. At first, I was very impressed. I purchased a few test products and the quality was good and packaging was excellent. However, as soon as I started selling the products to my customers, I started getting very low reviews with complaints that parts were missing, the packaging was low quality and the products were not what I was advertising. I reached out to dreamship and was told that they randomly choose service providers so the quality and product will vary widely. They said this is normal and how their system is designed to work. This means that you can never be sure what your customer is going to receive and your shop reviews will reflect that. After selling several dozen products and having the same problems each time and getting multiple one star reviews from my customers, I decided to close my dreamship account. I asked the support team to refund the balance in my account at which point they said they have no way to return the money. So all the money I used to fund the account is now theirs with no option to ever have it returned. Beware this company - they have very poor business practices and will keep any money you use to fund the account balance.

Nice looking products but it doesn't seem to work well with Shopify. Inventory constantly sits at 'sold out' and Dreamship support are useless and told me it doesn't work.

I've been with Dreamship for a fantastic years, and always satisfied with quality of their products. The support team has been incredibly helpful, always providing enthusiastic assistance. The support team is always there with enthusiastic assistance, making my experience even better!
