Since owning a dress hire business, I’ve been looking for years for an app like this, and I’m so glad something like it finally exists. It’s a game changer for hire businesses. One of the biggest challenges we face is customers returning items late and then continuing to place new bookings without any visibility of their previous behaviour. This app allows us to identify those customers and make more informed decisions, whether that’s declining future bookings or requiring an additional security deposit.
