Café Kamara review for Dripshipper: Coffee & Tea

I downloaded the app and selected the zoom meeting, in order to learn more about the app. I received 2 text message confirmations for the meeting, but the day of the scheduled zoom meeting no one showed up. I emailed support and didn't get a reply until 1 day later. I went onto their page again to learn how to use the app but I was disappointed once I realized they don't offer human support and are very difficult to contact. I signed up for the $99 package which I believe stated, that they would provide setup assistance, but I never received any. I was charged $99 yesterday 5/29/25 despite not even setting up anything yet. I have request my refund and am waiting to see how long it takes to receive a response. I like the idea of the app, but it needs to provide better support. I will be setting up my drop shipping services with a company that offers that human contact and prompt support.
