It's working for all our other customers, so it's probably a problem on your side but we would have been happy to help. For the speed though, it's a bit slow, that's normal, it's because it's rate limited by the shopify API, so it might take a while if you have a lot of tracking numbers. But you can close the tab, it will still continue to process.
