5 stars on their customer service, as they were very responsive to a few questions I had. 2 stars for the software, as it feels a little clunky and doesn't separate itself from apps that have free versions. For instance, you can't change the font (that I've seen), but that's standard free feature in a competitive app. Images are difficult to place and wrap text around (really made an awkward preview for Mobile viewing). The ability to upload a Shopify product into the post is helpful. All in all, can't justify the monthly price tag associated with the app.
I invite you to try our app again. We now have the Design Customizations section that allows you to set your fonts, sizes, link colors etc. Sine you tried us last we also have a slick new editor that has many ways to wrap text around images or put them in columns. Appreciate your feedback! We're always building and took all your notes into our last year of development updates :)
