Un grand merci a l'équipe de Dropmagic et particulièrement à Cédric pour le travail et les efforts fournis. Super expérience, service rapide, outils efficaces et très simple à utiliser même pour un débutant, je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui veulent lancer ou améliorer leur boutique e-commerce.

Super application, elle facilite énormément les choses et il y a beaucoup d’outils pour se différencier des autres concurrents. Le service client est également excellent : ils sont réactifs et résolvent le moindre problème (merci à Cédric).

Très bonne expérience avec Dropmagic. L’application est facile à utiliser et permet de créer rapidement une boutique professionnelle avec des fiches produits optimisées pour la conversion. Le support est réactif et aide beaucoup à configurer les éléments importants comme les badges de confiance et les offres marketing. Grâce à Dropmagic, j’ai gagné du temps et amélioré la qualité de ma boutique Shopify. Je recommande fortement à toute personne qui souhaite se lancer efficacement en e-commerce. Jean B.

The app is a little confusing to use at first if you try going at it alone but if you watch the tutorial videos, the app is awesome. Customer service is on another level as well and Cédric spoke with me for multiple days until we figured out what was wrong and of course user error lol. Awesome job peeps!

10/10 customer service from cedric. Uploads to shopify and store generation are very quick but the editability of all aspects could be better.

We’ve had a really great experience with this app and the team behind it. You can tell a lot of care and thought has gone into building something that genuinely helps merchants improve their conversion rates — it’s not just another plug-and-play tool, it actually makes a difference. The features are well designed, easy to use, and integrate smoothly into our workflow. What stood out the most, though, is the level of support. The team is responsive, helpful, and clearly invested in making sure users succeed. A special shoutout to Cédric, who has been incredibly supportive throughout. This app is really good. I was able to sync products to my store in minutes without any technical issues. its perfect for anyone just starting their dropshipping journey. Highly recommend! The customer service Cédric helped me with all the questions and made sure I was set up for success.
