Droppable | Queue and Releases

We've used Droppable for several new Pokémon releases now, and it has grown significantly since we first started using it. Garrett is always available to answer questions, and the team is constantly making improvements to the app, which is great to see. The dashboard is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to manage releases and orders. Our main challenge isn’t with the platform itself but with the limited number of new release products we actually receive. Because of this, we don’t get to use Droppable as often as we would like. One feature we would really like to see in the future is the ability to prevent the same customer from placing orders using multiple accounts. This would help make releases fairer and easier to manage.

We have been using Droppable since pretty much day one, and could not be happier! Everything functions as intended, and we have stress tested the system for the developer several times, and those tests went on without a single issue, even with several thousand users trying to access the "locked" product, not a single one got through to be able to purchase. We highly recommend using Droppable for any highly sought after products that you want to limit access to.
