The app is exceptionally user-friendly, with an easy setup and intuitive interface. I interacted with Crystal, a consultant who is very efficient and responds quickly. The products are of high quality, and I've had no complaints from my customers. Overall, this app is highly recommended for its ease of use, excellent support, and reliable products.

No response from the supplier. I have an order and nobody is responding. The order is not fulfilled. Highly unprofessional. Do crosscheck twice before adding their products.

I am new to dear lover and have had about 4 orders through them. My service agent is Emma, and she does not ever understand my questions or answers them clearly. Furthermore, I was charged twice for the same order yesterday. Today, I paid for an order, and it reflects as paid, but it still sends emails and says it needs payment before fulfillment. I wish they had a live chat, or customer service number because the response times are slow.
