Keep getting errors when trying to load a URL of product from Alibaba when it clearly states you can from Alibaba. you can only import data using URL. USELESS, no email from Account Manager as point of contact w/issues as stated. I want my money back

I really like how it supports many stores and just imports them in with a click of a button - very easy! Much better than the other shopify apps I've used in the past, great customer support as well, always answered any questions I had write away.
