Unimity Store review for Dropship India

I am using this app since last one month. Everything is very good about the products and the prices. But very bad customer service. We never found any contact info on their website. Normally on the dropshipping model if we receive any prepaid order on our store we get the amount from the customer including our margin. So after getting the order we need to buy the product from dropshipping supplier. Two days ago I got one prepaid order but I never found any buy button on the pending order page. Do not know how they we need to pay the product price on their website. My order is in Confirmed state since last two days. I sent one email, and contacted their support also. But nobody responding. Will wait until end of today and if no response from them I will remove their app from my store.
