At first, the platform looked easy to use and seemed beginner-friendly. But after placing an order, I started facing problems. The biggest issue was delay in processing and shipping. Even after a few days, my order was still not dispatched. I contacted their support multiple times, but the response was slow or sometimes not there at all. They kept saying they would check and update, but nothing actually happened. This made it very difficult for me to trust them, especially when dealing with customers.
