We've been using DSCP Fulfillment for several months now, and it's clearly been a game-changer. Thanks to their warehouses in the USA (LA and New Jersey) and pre-labeling in China, our orders are delivered in 2 days to our US customers - a real competitive advantage. Integration with Shopify is seamless, tracking updates are automatic, and intelligent routing reduces our delivery costs. Support is super responsive (Slack & SMS 24/7), and the team is always proactive. Special mention for the possibility of customized packaging without a MOQ, which has enabled us to reinforce our brand image.
