I had issues cancelling and uninstalling this app although I don't need the app currently the customer care was very helpful in reviewing my account and helping me with closing out my account so there would be no further issues. Thanks!

I signed up for the trial to test out the app and was not aware that it automatically signed me up for the subscription without notice. The customer service responded to my email rapidly and was able to assist me with canceling my subscription

This app has significantly cut down the time I spend on competitor research. Before , I'd have to manually check multiple sites and try to guess what was selling well. Now , I see a store's top products and sales in a flash . The integration with other tools, like is also a huge plus. It's a very efficient tool that consolidates a lot of different processes into one dashboard, making my workflow much smoother.
