I WAS GHOSTED WHEN I ASKED MY AGENT FOR A REFUND FOR ITEMS THAT ARRIVED BROKEN (20+ orders) When I started working with Dropsure, everything was fine, my account manager was communicative and helpful but after we ran into some copyright issues, my manager started shipping out VERY poor quality products as replacement without warning me about their poor quality. I've had over 20+ orders I had to refund or was even chargebacked by customers because items arrived broken or broke very soon after arriving or because of VERY long shipping (month+) with no shipping updates at all. I made my account manager a nice list of orders that had to be refunded to the customers and why. When I asked my account manager to give me a refund - I GOT GHOSTED FOR THREE MONTHS and got NO REFUNDS TO THIS DAY - the Agent name is Dolly Liu by the way. so I definitelly suffered a financial loss because I had to refund customers OUT OF POCKET and Dropsure did not want to hear about it sadly... I'll try writing an email to their team and sort this out but I do not have high hopes. NO ACCOUNTABILITY, NO COMMUNICATION, NO RESOLUTION. DO NOT USE THIS APP
