Une catastrophe, ma boutique ne tournait pas encore que je l'ai quand même gardée pendant un an. Maintenant que j'ai des commandes je ne peux pas ajouter mes produits pour le suivi et l'assistance ne répond pas malgré mes mails. J'arrête les frais.

Très bonne application interactive et facile d'utilisation pour le client. Le client a seulement a mentionner son numéro de commande et son mail pour obtenir le suivi. Egalement concernant la mise en place les tutos sont clairs et la mise en place est facile.

N'a jamais fonctionné depuis le lancement de ma boutique, ayant passé 3 commandes pour moi même, sans pouvoir vérifier le tracking. Mail envoyé à [email protected]... pas de réponse. Je change d'appli pour un support plus pro...
