Brilliant app that efficiently solved a key part of my shop’s delivery operations. The team quickly resolved an urgent issue through clear and professional communication. It’s much easier to use than other apps I’ve tried, with lots of useful custom options. They even helped with the setup and completed the necessary adjustments for my store. This app is not only simple to use, but the customer service is by far the best i have experienced from all the apps that i have used so far. For a typical app, i would need to adjust my workflow to fit into the app’s cookie cutter settings, however, because the app support for this is so top notch, they will help me to adjust the code for my site based on my needs, making it easier to let my business run the way i envision it to. This app is great and does everything we wanted - perfectly! There was one functionality that we needed, that was not in the app and the amazing support team built it in. As I said, the app is great, but the support team is INCREDIBLE. They instantly reply to every request or problem, patiently helping you, step-by-step, to set everything up. This is the 2nd app I have installed from DS and I am just amazed at the level of customer service.
