Honestly, you could not find a more helpful app if you tried!! I needed an option for scheduling a whole cart of items and these guys not only set up the app for me, but then completely customised it and added a whole area for me to collect extra information from customers at the checkout! Truly amazing and I am so happy I found this app!

This app, the features that it has, and its optimization capabilities are really very good, especially for the price. If you need help with something difficult, the developer himself will get on a video call with you and help you troubleshoot the issue. Amazing customer service. I was trying a different date picker app and it was really giving me some issues, and the live agent never responded. I’m so glad I tried this one instead.

excellent dans l'ensemble des fonctionnalités mais il n'y a malheureusement pas la possibilité de pouvoir configuré l'application pour (dans mon cas) des livraisons de nuit (du lendemain) ou des retraits en magasin

The owner of the app is very good in terms of request and fast customer service on his end. The app itself if very helpful on my business. We'll use it on long term and maybe subscribing to one of the plan soon.

We recently switched to Shopify. We are a Dutch community center that offers pickup and delivery options. We do not ship products. This app is fantastic and makes the entire process transparent. We can specify daily pickup and delivery times. We can also make exceptions for certain products with longer delivery and/or production times. Days we are closed are easy to enter. The delivery area is also easy to define. We use the postal code for this. We received excellent support from DS Delivery. We wanted changes to the packing slip and invoice. We wanted a different date format, a larger font, and the printing of the customer's note on the packing slip. This was arranged very quickly. In short, we are very satisfied with this app, which is also affordable for our community center.

Great app and great support! I wasn’t entirely sure how the setup needed to be done, so I contacted support and got all the information I needed to put the app live. I highly recommend this app, it’s easy to set up and easy to customize to match your brand’s design needs. 5 stars.

DS Delivery Date-Time has been a great little addition to our Shopify store. It’s simple, reliable, and does exactly what we needed without being overly complicated. As a custom cake bakery, every single one of our orders is a pick-up, and this app makes it easy for customers to select their pickup date and time during checkout online and on the POS. It solved our problem quickly and at a *really* reasonable price compared to other apps that offer similar features. Setup was straightforward, and it integrates smoothly into the ordering process for our customers. The support was also great! Even had someone hope on a video call with me to talk through some ideas.
